Introduction
2002: Established. The Institute of Marine Resource Management (IMRM) was the only institute focusing on marine affairs and resources management in Taiwan. Under the College of Life Sciences, a total of 4 faculties and 10 Master students were enrolled.
2005: 4 faculties employment and facilities completed
2005: Shifted to the College of Ocean Science and Resource
Aug 2006: Named as the “Institute of Marine Affairs and Resource Management” – To enhance domestic and international inter-department co-operation
Sept 2006: Completed faculty team
